We do hope that we do not give you a reason to complain, but if we do we need to make you aware that The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is an agency for arbitrating on unresolved complaints between regulated firms and their clients.  Full details of the FOS can be found on its website at

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) -

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, without an upper limit. For compulsory insurances (eg., motor insurance and employers’ liability insurance), insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim, without an upper limit.
